“Kevin was very patient with me and helped me check the reviews of a few products I was interested in and then he and Daniela worked together to bring down a medicine cabinet I wanted to purchase. There was a screw that was stripped and they grabbed pliers and worked really hard to get the medicine cabinet down for me. She even got replacement screws. Super accommodating and they both showed excellent customer service.”

We deal with Angela most of the time and she is always so helpful when it comes to my mother's medicine. All scripts are done in such a timely fashion compared to the pharmacy we came from. “Very nice location. Well stocked and nicely organized and unusually neat. Huge gardening department out front with prices cheaper than we have seen in nurseries, with more of a selection and no requirements to purchase entire flats of vegetables. Employees were very nice and personable. Fellow helped us with the self checkout, without being asked. And they had everything we were looking for. Huge parking lot out front. Bueno.”

“This is not the Home Depot . You can't get every item here but most likely the items you need will be here . If you need a new washing machine hose they can hook you up if you need a piece of wire they have it if you have a leaky faucet they can help you . They have some items here that no one else has some of the things that the old time hardware stores had . If you need some tools they have it .”
“I’ve been doing business with Joe for over 20 years. I recommend Air Lite to family & friends. I own 2 homes & have purchased about 20 radiator covers. This one is custom made & picked it up 2/10/24. My radiator went from picture on the left to picture on the right!! As always, I am thrilled with Air Lite’s radiator covers. Well made!! Joe also informs me on how to keep them looking good (use spray car wax). Excellent family-owned business in Queens with personal service on all their products.”
“Good store, but.....
I do not like the scene in the parking lot. The people hanging out there are intimidating for elderly customers and women. Nothing verbal but their lurking around make me not want to go there. There were always day workers which is fine, but now there are loads of them. There are also many clean-out and rubbish removal trucks at the parking lot entrances.”

“I regret not completing the survey in time however I was not able to find the receipt until recently. Nevertheless, I want to give a review for a sales associate who helped me tremendously for 2 days and over 6 hours. Corey- in flooring! Thank you, thank you, thank you. We got it right. My floors are absolutely gorgeus. I visited different flooring companies, researched online, but it was his patience. We calculated the square footage, figured out how many tiles were needed, how many boxes, we stayed with in my color scheme and my budget. He was extremely patient and kind and was never frustrated. Home Depot you have a winner. His customer service skills are exemplary.Thank you and I regret not submitting this review sooner. He was able to make my home, home and for that I am truly grateful!”

“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”

“I have never been to this location before but it was near my job and I needed to make a quick run and I wasn't disappointed. I left the review on another Home Depot that's at another location and my opinion is the same that all of these stores are pretty much all similar. What makes a difference is just how more organized it may be or the employees and their customer service aspect. Some are just friendlier than others. This one was fine. No complaints.”

“Wing nuts and screws was what I come for. I had to ask 3 ppl for help but I get cranky when it comes to stuff like hammer and nails and my dad lives all the way in Chicago. So yeah first guy was like aisle 11 and I was consumed with nails measuring it all wrong and got PISSED! Then I was about to make the guy show me (who says that) but ran into the key making guy who I asked to refer to me to a person who could show me. He points across to I believe Mr James and I laid my woes on Mr James and he came and went and measured and went thru all the packs do nails like a needle in a hay stack. I would have NEVER found them if it wasn't for him and my balloon arch would not have been complete. Good job Mr James, the Key man and the two young ladies at the door/ register keeping everything organized and in check”
