“EXCELLENT customer service provided here by Jahaira. She was super attentive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. She answered all of our questions got us the phones we wanted, and also reviewed all of options to save us the most money, all while doing it with a smile. Due to phone limits we had to create another account and she explained the process. She even reviewed the other account that was opened at another store to make sure we got all the proper promotions. Only minor complaint is that they did not sign us into the queue right when we entered so they lost track of who was supposed to go next so we got skipped over by 2 customers. However, Jahaira's service was worth the wait!”

“This store is located in Mohegan Lake, Westchester- store# 449E I was totally blown away with the openess, empathy, and professionalism of the employees within this store. I had just lost my phone, and after they calmed me down, they immediately started working on my replacement. It felt like a speed dial!!!!!! I was provided options and prices. I would like to especially thank the manager, Mr. Humbert Sosa and employee Mr. Ortiz. They were smiling as soon as I walked in with my replacement phone! They truly made me feel like family and they have my loyalty forevermore. I promise to promote them as much as possible. Being disabled, it was also very considerate of Mr. Sosa to provide me with a chair from his back office. Gentlemen, you are the best in this field!!”

“Malika, the Astound agent who helped me to enroll in the ACP program is OUTSTANDING! GIVE HER A BIG RAISE!! Thanks to her patience, knowledge, good humor and experience, I was finally able to enroll in the ACP program, the most miserable government program rigamaroll I've ever experienced. But due to Malika, who got the ACP rep on the phone with us, I finally got on the right track with ACP, thanks to Malika's guidance throughout. I was SO LUCKY to have gotten Malika as my agent when I phoned Astound. I'd been trying to enroll in the ACP program myself for months, but their instructions for enrollment procedure are hideously inadequate. Then there was the matter of the spelling of my surname, which contains a space -- De Maria. Computers don't recognize me if they don't use that space and I do, the cause of my THIRD REJECTION from ACP. After submitting yet another application to ACP (where I omitted that nuisance space on my application in order to match with my supporting document), ACP was finally able to match my application to my supporting document and confirm that, indeed, I am the same person. All this effort for a lousy $30 reduction on my internet bill. And all the verification statements I had to "swear to" on the phone with the ACP rep -- TEN TOTAL -- well, you'd think I was asking for a key to Fort Knox. The ACP rep was tremendously nice (she's probably sick of the endless ACP protocol), but Malika gets the GOLD STAR. I can't imagine any other Astound agent being so tremendously patient throughout this :45 minute phone call. Malika got it done for me. Give her a raise!”
“Had to purchase a phone for my daughter but the store in my neighborhood had an issue with their “10 min safe” that refused to open and release the phone. Decided to find a location close to my job, the store on Pitkin popped up.Called ahead to make sure they had the phone and Sam confirmed they did. Went straight there after work, parking was easy. Sam greeted when I walked in and we went straight to business. He made the transaction super easy and smooth. He offered options to add an extra account, phone accessories and a clear insight about what my bill would be.I took note of the fact that even when they were engaged with customers, as others walked in they were keen to greet them and express they’d be with them shortly. I was really proud of the way the entire team handled themselves and their customers. Shout out to Sam, Zacari and Ijana /Ljiana (sorry if I misspelled her name).Def will go out of my way to go back to this store for future transactions.”
