“In the fall of 2019 I bought a used 2010 Camry from a car dealer in Queens with only a 30 day warranty. I took it to Bryan's auto. He told me it was in good shape but joked always to get a used car checked out before buying it. I mostly had minor repairs that were fixed the day of when dropped off in the morning.In October of 2022 my car broke down in the middle of Pennsylvania. The mechanic there told me the engine was shot and offered my $500 for it. I called Bryan and he strongly suggested I get it towed back. I did, and although it was a major repair it was not as bad as the guy in Pennsylvania told me.I'm writing this to thank Bryan's Auto for their time. The car is now with my sister in Illinois, and their mechanic told them it was in great shape.”

“No frills rental service. Love them. Their rates are decent and they don’t charge you a gazillion fees. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because one time I went in for a car, and they didn’t have any left, so they gave me a minivan, and that would of been fine, but it was BUSTED looking. But it got me from point a to point b and that’s what was important.They are very polite and friendly. Great service. Good people.”

“This place was amazing. I'm glad I chose this place, having to get a rental out of pocket after my own being hit. ??they made this otherwise annoying experience, rather pleasant. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because the selection of cars is limited to a handful of options only; they might not have every class of cars. Compared to other "non airport" rental locations it may be about the same on a day when all their cars are available. The minivan alternative I got was great, no issues with it. Will book again from here just for the customer service.”

“My church rented a luxury 15-passenger high top van last week from the Brooklyn location and the entire experience was with top notch professional customer service! Debbie was pleasant and very informative when explaining the $200 deposit hold and the additional $200 charged in case of tolls and speed/red light camera violations. The security deposit is returned upon return of the vehicle if there are no damages. The toll/camera $200 charge will be held for 30 days to allow time for any charges to appear. Credits will then go in effect if no tolls / violations occurred. Special thanks also goes to George, who was very helpful when I returned the van. It is such a pleasure dealing with exceptional customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this company and this convenient location near the Pennsylvania Ave Belt Parkway exit.”
