I went into the business with few expectations and was more than convinced. My problem was immediately identified and a solution was quickly worked on. I was provided with a great offer and a 5G capable smartphone. And all of this without a contract or monthly fees. My vacation can now continue without worries. “I just went to this store on Xmas eve and Zen helped me connect my new phone to T-Mobile. They close at 5pm that day and I came in 445 or 450pm. I just got the phone at 4pm (2ND DAY FEDEX)and he went and helped even though it was past 5pm. I'm very grateful to Zen and Vince working overtime”

Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the manager, but we were helped by a wonderful associate named Aja — she was absolutely amazing. She explained everything to us, guided us through the whole process, and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was done properly.
We were setting up two lines and getting two phones, and she handled everything professionally and with a great attitude. She made the whole experience smooth and even fun!
