“My old iPhone 6S which I've had forever and I love, was no longer charging properly and dying quickly. (Having satisfactorily used FixNgo a few years back to replace a cracked screen, it only made sense to go back again). The technician replaced my charging port and installed a new battery. The repair was done while I waited a short period of time. The phone is working as good as the first day I bought it. I'm very happy with the service. The cost to repair and install new parts was reasonable and I was informed prior to any work being done. The store is very clean, well lit, well organized and provides seating if you prefer to wait. The staff is extremely courteous and best of all, no one even tried to sell me or pressure me into buying a newer phone. While I was there, I observed several people walk in for estimates and questions. All were greeted pleasantly. It's a professionally run business and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. “They are early birds. Open early in the morning however all other stores open like 10 and 11 o clock. My phone fell in water in the morning and i was getting late for work. Thank god I found them and they repaired my phone in 30 minutes.”
