“I go there for my blood tests and the people in that office are really nice and friendly period they take care of you as soon as they can which is never very long. As far as the facility goes in the winter time they keep the parking lot and walkways cleared and I have no fear of falling on snow or ice. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.”
“Best service, very transparent and discreet. Other services in Rochester I called either didn't respond at all, didn't offer any guarantees or weren't concerned at all about privacy. Claudia responded on a Sunday evening, answered my questions, very professional and thorough, explained what she was doing throughout the process, accommodated to the situation, made sure we had as much information as we could and called us with the results on a weekday at 6:45p. She went above and beyond what I expected.”
“Everytime I go to the Chili Ave. Lab location, I have always had a good experience ! The wait is not to long and the phlebotomists there are very competent and good at what they do. Maniko was great and so is the other lady who's name I can't remember. This is my place of choice to have blood drawn everytime !!”
“Went here at 7am on a Tuesday morning. Two very friendly ladies working, 6 people ahead of me. Lots of people came in after me, yet these two ladies remained friendly and quickly got through people. I was done within a half hour. Superior service!! Friendly, quick and not a mark on my arm!!! Tiffany was the lady I was lucky enough to have, I'm unsure of the others name but they were fabulous!”

“I came for a blood draw. The staff are quick - wait time was minimal and I was in and out of the room within maybe 2 minutes. This blood draw was one of the least painful I've experienced. Grateful for the phlebotomist I saw - thank you!”

“I am leaving a review primarily to rebuke all the negative reviews on here. What folks are saying about this location is rediculous. You all are acting like children. When I go to get blood drawn, I could care less about cordial conversation and attention. I want to get in, draw blood and get back to my busy life. That is and always has been my experience here. The staff has always been pleasant and gotten me in and out in no time. I'm disgusted by some of your expectations. Great job U of R. Wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I just came from their office and the blood tech named Kody Cox is very good...he is very concerned when he takes your blood, he asked me if I was ok while he took my blood and even after he was done he asked me if I was ok. I appreciate him... I have never had anyone that has drawn my blood ask me if I was ok and that just amazed me. He needs to get a reward for being so kind and concerned we need more people like him in this world. Kody Cox great job today!!!”

“We took my granddaughter who was nervous and very scared. Jonathan was so patient with her. It took quite a while but he never got impatient and stayed pleasant and friendly. I feel we were so lucky to have him and don’t think another tech would have been as successful. Thank you Jonathan!
We arrived later in the day and there was no waiting. More people came in after us and although Jonathon had to work after closing he stayed friendly and pleasant. It is a small office; but clean and professional. I will definitely make it my 1st choice location.”
