“I am a disabled person. My experience with this post office was superb. I was able to parking in the parking lot designated for handicap. Upon exiting my vehicle a stranger help me with my shipping package. He brought it inside the building and the postal worker was very courteous and helpful. She asked if the package was heavy. I exclaimed to her that it was just a chair it it lighter than it looks. She weighed the package a gave me the receipt with a Smile and a thank you. I was in and out within 5mins. Prompt & Courtesy service”

“I had a passport appointment at the Bronx location today because it was the only appointment available. I traveled all the way there only to find out that the passport employee didn’t come to work, so appointments weren’t being honored. Unfortunately, I never received any notification that my appointment had been canceled. After that, I came to this post office hoping they might be able to fit me in as a walk-in. Thankfully, they did! The passport agent was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. He made what started as a very stressful day into a great experience. Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help. If I lived closer, this would definitely be the only post office I’d go to. 😊”

“I had a great experience at the United States Post Office in Woodmere. There was only one customer ahead of me, and the line moved very quickly. I needed a passport photo and walked in—even though the door states that an appointment is required, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They were able to take my photo on the spot and carefully verify that it met all passport photo requirements. There was also plenty of parking available in the lot, which made the visit even easier. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I got back into my car, the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and stress-free service.”
