“I just want to say I just had an experience in which someone made lemonade out of lemons. My package was mismanaged however I’m sure you will do a proper investigations/root cause analysis to get to the cause of the package being miss managed. However, I want to take this time to be frank. I had the opportunity to be served by an employee by the name of Gail Dobbins her customer service was exquisite. I felt like I was being seen by a psychiatrist. She was able to de-escalate and allow me to walk out of the door with a smile on my face. This is what customer service means. “I was crunched on time and I guess they could tell by my mannerisms lol. Nick was super helpful got my paperwork and got me loaded. I was in and out. Also when I arrived and got to the docks and didn’t know where to check in. One of the warehouse employees was also very helpful. Overall best experience I’ve had at any warehouse.”

“I arrived twenty minutes early and waited until it opened at nine. Exactly four minutes after nine, a female staff member came through the side door to open the main entrance. I was second in line, so I didn’t have to wait long. When I reached the counter, I was surprised to see the same woman who had opened the door was also serving behind the counter. Although a queue was building up, she was the only staff member assisting customers. I was glad to be near the front, as I wouldn’t have been pleased waiting further back. Nevertheless, this sole staff member was polite, professional, and handled everything promptly, making my experience a positive one.”
