I pressed the green face on the screen at the counter but that does not do them justice. Definitely worth the extra 10 minute drive to this location versus my local Mott Ave post office(they are horrible). Thank you again ladies!”

“I had a passport appointment at the Bronx location today because it was the only appointment available. I traveled all the way there only to find out that the passport employee didn’t come to work, so appointments weren’t being honored. Unfortunately, I never received any notification that my appointment had been canceled.
After that, I came to this post office hoping they might be able to fit me in as a walk-in. Thankfully, they did! The passport agent was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. He made what started as a very stressful day into a great experience.
Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help. If I lived closer, this would definitely be the only post office I’d go to. 😊”
“I applied for a passport for my newborn son in this place. There are two people working here. I don't know how to fill in the form. There is a middle-aged woman who helped me fill in the form. “I had a great experience at the United States Post Office in Woodmere. There was only one customer ahead of me, and the line moved very quickly. I needed a passport photo and walked in—even though the door states that an appointment is required, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They were able to take my photo on the spot and carefully verify that it met all passport photo requirements.
There was also plenty of parking available in the lot, which made the visit even easier. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I got back into my car, the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and stress-free service.”

I chose differently today and decided to go to this branch on Austin street. They had enough people behind the counter and my agent was a superstar. “Line moves fast. Isabella, the lady with the unkept hair, and sunken eye bags is rude and dry. Whereas, the woman with long grey hair is quick, kind and straight to the point. I didn’t catch her name it starts with a M, but give her a raise!”
“I think this Post Office in Queens offers the best service. The staff is courteous and go above and beyond to make sure your paper work is in order. “Eddie helped me with my children’s passports and he made the entire process so easy. He answered questions about the paperwork and was knowledgeable about a unique situation we were dealing with. He was meticulous but everything was done quickly and perfectly. My daughter is 2 1/2 and my son is 7 months, they were both having a bad day because a lot had gone wrong, but Eddie made it brighter. He was extremely kind and patient with my both of them. In my opinion, Eddie is worth more than 5 stars.”

“Came here a few minutes before closing to deliver a very important package that needed to be postmarked on that day. The fee was $2.85, but I only had about $1.80 on me. The nice lady still let me deliver the package. I'll be forever grateful for how they treated me that day.”

“Great location and service. It's a plus since the wait times are not long at all in this location since it's not as populated. If you're in a hurry to mail something out and you're in the area, I'd suggest checking this location out. They only allow one person inside the actual office at a time because of COVID and since it's on the smaller side.”
“By contrast with the main in Sutter Ave, in this branch, the personnel is always helpful, amazing and in good spirits. The kind of people you want in the neighborhood.”

“One of the best post offices I've been to in the Bronx. The only other one that's as good is in Riverdale. I actually missed this place a couple times even though Google Maps says it's here. That's because of the construction going on in the shopping plaza so it is covering up the sign for the post office. Maybe that is why this post office is a good one to go to? Anyways, it's a smaller post office but most of the people go there are mailing items or buying money orders. Not picking up packages since picking up packages is what causes the horrible long lines at other post offices. I've dealt with 2 clerks there and they are both very efficient and polite.”
