We had a lot of damage to the front of our car and it took a while to get it all fixed! We had a mix up with our insurance sending the check to the wrong place and they were patient and customer service was top tier ? when I was able to pick up my car it looked brand new... I drove home and noticed a box in the trunk... when I checked it out I realized they detailed the inside as well! Very pleasant surprise for me and my son who was suppose to be cleaning out the car! “I will for now on ONLY shop here for my auto needs! The assistant manager is amazing! I have a what I think is a big family with 4 kids so money is tight! We called anither store first who said they could.get the parts for us but would have to wait till Monday to get them in! Napa in geneva was my last hope and frankly wish I would started there!! When I called the guy not only had the parts I needed he offered to at first price match and then without me asking he beat the other places store by a considerable amount! Now I doubt this is an everytime thing but man it was needed right now! I wish I got his name , the invoice paper say employee number 64! Wanta say it was Steve! Either way great experience coming here and they earned a customer with a small gesture like that! Even the young kid working the register took the x4 rotors out to my SUV for me without me asking. You just don't see customer service like this!”
