After the first visit, I was very pleased, and therefore, I only go to her for an appointment, although I have to travel more than an hour and there is a branch of your bank near my house, but there are no Russian-speaking employees there.
After the first time, the next time I asked to make a regular credit card. On another subsequent visit, she helped me open a business account, and this time Kira and I signed up for a business credit card.
In addition to helping me with basic questions, Kira also helped me with auxiliary questions, with the operation of the application, how to transfer cash back, how to accumulate it, how and when to pay off a credit card, how to make the most of your bank account and many other questions.

“For the life of me I have not a clue why this Chase is not a five star company. I have both a business account there as well as a normal checking account. Every last banker there legitimately wants to help you. Personally, I prefer to deal with the gentleman who you will see to your immediate left when you enter the building. He is super friendly and truly cares about his clients. I have one critique!! The ATM machines can be slow at times. Otherwise I believe this to be the best Chase in Staten Island.”

“Visited the branch last Saturday to setup additional accounts. I was served by Nick who is absolutely the best! He knows his stuff, goes straight to work to get things done. Very knowledgeable, can explain cons and pros of different account types, etc. This isn't my first time at this location nor the first time dealing with Nick but comparing to some other reps that I've dealt with over the years he takes the cake. Many of his peers can truly learn from him. Perhaps then, the most convenient bank would really be most convenient.”
