“Wow. What a wonderful experience I had today. Unfortunately I had a small computer glitch with my monthly ticker but Peter was there to help guide me through. Peter greeted me with a smile and went into the office to check the system. Peter was quick and attentive to my small problem. Pete did solve the problem and I was able to get my chicle cleaned. As I was cleaning the inside of my vehicle Peter came back to me to let me know that my account was in good standing and it was a minor computer problem. I would highly recommend Wash Hounds and worker Peter was outstanding.”

“I’ve been going to Brighton Car Wash for many years and today reminded me why I continue going there. I went with my standard package that I always receive with the extra Wax and once it was completed and they were drying it, the manager came over and wasn’t happy with how my rims were cleaned. She pulled the car back to get them redone and re-cleaned. I would’ve went home and I would’ve been fine and happy because the service is always amazing and the car always looks great but the fact that they did that really shows that they care. “I have a labrador retrieved and his hair sticks like porkipine on the seats. During years it’s been impossible to get rid of the hair. I have never been to a place that has done this AMAZING JOB on a “basic” car wash !!!. The car looks new inside. I was IMPRESSED with the kind of job they do.I was hesitant to come because of the reviews from 2 yrs ago I read about only dealing with high end cars. I gotta say they do deal with high end cars but they do just as good of a job regardless of who you are or what kind of car you have. I would 100% recommend them.They don’t have set prices because it also depends the kind of work they have to put into cleaning it. I know removing all that hair did not equal the price of a regular car wash. So be mindful when u take ur car how damage or dirty or how long has it been since you cleaned it or what year is it… it does matter. But, they remove the stains on the seats… I mean I could go on and on about how much of an incredible job these people do.Jerry is amazing, he owes the place and treats everyone with respect. The only worker I spoke to was Carlos and he was very detailed and made sure my car was up to part at the time it was done.They deserve an amazing review and if I could give them 6 stars I would.Thank you guys!!!Services: Vacuuming”
