“I have been using the Car Service Station for more than ten years, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They always do an excellent job. They provide a full range of services, including car inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, and many other maintenance and repair options.
What I really appreciate is their convenience and communication. I usually leave my car in the evening and pick it up the next day, and they always call me on my cell phone to let me know when the car is ready to pick up. This is very thoughtful and makes everything so easy.

“I am a regular customer when it comes to getting gas at this place. But this morning I came in here for a different reason. I had a chain link stuck in my tire which caused my TPMS warning to come on. I took the car here to have the problem fixed. Mike the mechanic did an outstanding job. Kudos to him and everyone who works there. I was very pleased with the customer service.”
“Great experiences all around. I deliver for a living and on Staten Island that means it's like off-roading driving with all the pot holes. They have always been fair and people forget you also are paying for their years of experince that they know what they are doing. They always fixed whatever problems I've had the first time around. I'd rather pay once and get it done right even if the price is a little more then the other guys vs bringing it to some cheap shop and you wind up bringing it in several times for the same problem.”

“The employees at this place really care. They go out of their way to build decent relationships with the men and women who are regulars. Salman in particular has been a gentleman. I’ve been shopping at his store for 10 years now. Just about. The gentleman and I have become friends. You’d never guess it, but this place is fairly decent with their breakfast to be fair however, their lunch special is great. They do a great job cooking, even with the breakfast as well. I would try this place for a nice hot lunch that you’ll get with a free drink from under 10 bucks. You can’t go wrong if you’re in the area. Thank you, Salman for being a gentleman and always taking such good care of my staff and I.”

“One of the best priced gas stations in the area, and on top of that they are full service pumps only which is not typical. You usually pay extra if you don’t wanna get out of your car to pump your own fuel. I didn’t know that before I arrived so I wasn’t even able to tip that guy which felt grimy, but the attendant didn’t even linger or make me feel like the POs that I felt like not tipping.”
“Driving on Forest Avenue on Sunday and caught a flat tire with my one year old son in the car pulled up the forest auto care they were able to help me out fix my tire and I did my oil change and inspection on a Sunday and they were very helpful great team great team thank you forest auto care welcome to the neighbourhood

“Ok it's really hard to find a decent repair shop that really understands how to work on a benz or bmw and charge a fair price instead of an arm and a leg. My 2010 Mercedes E350 had a belt issue that damaged a few of the engine components and also caused the steering wheel to lock and the car to smoke whenever turned on. I called my normal mechanic and he said he wouldn't touch it because "he doesn't really understand European cars too well". After asking a couple of friends, I was recommended to this shop by two of them. Towed the car there and from the moment I got there I felt at ease and that my car was in good hands. Luigi automatically had a grip on what the issue was. I left the car overnight and was called the next morning by John who explained in detail what needed to be done and told me it would take 2-3 days for the repair work. It was done by the next day!!! Not only that but John even waited for me a couple hours past their closing time for me to be able to pick up the car after work. Talk about service! The work comes with a warrantee which gives you peace of mind as well. Honestly, it feels like my car drives better now than it did when I first got it. I think I definitely found my new go-to mechanic!”

“This place is my go-to for any mechanical issues! Joe and his guys are so awesome at what they do and they don’t give you the runaround or try to make money off of you. Always straight to the point. I own a Hyundai Tucson. My date and time stopped working last week. Went through a whole song and a dance at island auto group where I bought the car. They didn’t fix it. Took it to Joe this morning and it was easy peezy lemon squeezy! So if u’re in the Oakwood, new dorp, bay terrace area..the trip is worth it to go to to the Richmond road location.
