“I'm a little bit biased towards this 7 11 cause I have been going there since 2011 and the staff pretty much has been there since i was a kid. The staff is super nice and personable, they do a lot there and deal with a lot of people from the neighborhood on a regular basis, they seem to be there 24/7 and they always keep up the same attitude and good work they have been doing nearly a decade. 10000/10”

“While I do give the pharmacy a good rating, I do not feel the front end gentleman on the register helped me in any way. While I was picking up my medicines, I also purchased Nivea body lotion nourishing skin firming with Q10 + vitamin C which the price on the shelf said $11.99. I had sent a 40% off to my card and thought I was getting that perk. As I wondered why it rang up without my percentage off, she politely told me that it must be on sale. I paid for my items and proceeded to go back and check to see if I missed seeing any sign that said it was on sale and there was no indication that it was, I went to the front end register where I was greeted by a male employee and told him the story of my purchase at the pharmacy and not seeing this item on sale. I asked him if he can check the item again and his reply was “if it came up on sale at the pharmacy register then it will be the same here.” Ok, that seemed logical. Then I said that there was nothing saying it was on sale and he said in a very rude voice, “well I guess we didn’t have the time to put a sale price and we don’t always have the time.” I said if there was no sale sign and the fact that no one had the time to do their job properly I should be able to get the item with my 40% off. He didn’t answer and looked at me as if I had two heads. I was very embarrassed and just walked out. I have been using this CVS on Arden Ave for over 20 plus years and I was always satisfied and treated with the utmost respect. I failed to get his name because I was not going to do anything about what transpired, but the more I thought about it, the more I decided that I should notify CVS headquarters because if he was rude to me he can do to other customers. I can only tell characteristics of this male person. He was short and kind of stocky and wore glasses.”

“while spending a day and night in the forgotten borough of staten island i needed some gas and the brightly lite sunoco a plus station will work for me and i dont have to get out of the car to get some pricey gas. the station gas has a convenience store that will not see me cause the 711 i just visited did but from what i can see the place has plenty of the typical gas station stuff from drinks , snacks , cigs , lottery , etc. got my gas and now its time to leave the forgotten borough.”

“This grocery store has a wide selection of food items, however prices are very overpriced. The location is very accessible and is in stock for most groceries and produce. The lines move fast at the cashier and the staff are pleasant. I dropped a few drinks bottles by mistake and they were very kind by not making a big deal of the situation. They also have a few middle eastern food products that I am always in need for.”
