Not only is he polite and respectful but he knows what he’s doing!! He is very knowledgeable and I think that if you plan on going to buy a new phone go to Boost !! stop and see Jonathan at the Port Richmond location you will not be disappointed!!!”
“An electric board had to be replaced on my new Iphone and it was totally deleted and was a new phone. All me info gone. I had to go to AT&T and have them re-input my phone number so I can get service It was very easy I walked in my phone was taken. We sat down as he worked on my phone I explained to him what happened. He understood what I was saying. My Phone was done very easy. I recommend AT&T office in the SI mall anytime.”

“The gentleman who helped me was absolutely amazing. was in there the day prior to have help with my phone. He tried everything to try and fix my phone.But unfortunately, I had a comeback.The next day and get a new phone.”
“So I paid my AT&T prepaid phone bill. It’s usual dollar amount of $40 monthly. After paying my bill I still had no service on my phone. I was furious! I walked into the AT&T store and was greeted by so many friendly gentlemen all with excellent customer service but the one who stood out to me was JD! I must give a special shout out to him because not only was he friendly, patient, and investigated the situation very thoroughly. After brainstorming, he told me that my bill went up and if I only paid $40 they would even shut me off for being one dollar short. He said let’s give it a try it couldn’t hurt. We gave it a try and sure enough he was on the money! I got an increase monthly and was never told about it via text or otherwise so I paid my usual $40 instead of the new required monthly payment of $45. Thanks to JD. I had service that day. Thank you and if I ever have another problem, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to that store!”
