“This 5 star rating is solely dependent on one of the staff, namely Ibrahim. When people come in the store, they greet him like an old friend, and I know why. Ibrahim is genuinely friendly, not the facade most customer service representatives put on to keep their jobs. He is also very thoughtful as I bought a phone for my father with poor vision and he personally changed the font settings until my father was comfortable with the size. He also got us the best deals when we did return and spent half an hour arguing with customer service on our behalf to get me unlimited data for the same price! Rarely do customer service representatives actually serve the customer, but Ibrahim is the exception. If Ibrahim is not there, then Im not going. Simple as that.”
“They are fantastic here! Caleb, Arbon, and Emre were so accommodating and professional. I haven't bought a phone in years and they were all so helpful! My phone was taking a long time to transfer my data from old phone to new phone and they stayed after store hours to accommodate me! I did come back the next day to finish the transfer. They welcomed me back and were so friendly. I highly recommend this location. I'll definitely be back. Thank you guys!”

“I got 2 Dell PC's with Intel I9 from here. Unfortunately, I had a major issue with both rebooting often. I called them up and worked with Jay to try to remedy this. Tried switching the Ram chips around. Did not work. So they sent me a replacement PC. Had the same result. They tested the machine I returned and was able to find out that the Intel I-9 CPU reacted weirdly to low voltage. So they sent me a I-7 CPU to put in, but I was not able to do this successfully. I finally returned both PC's for a full refund. Though I did not end up buying from them new ones, they were quite responsive and tried their best to fix the PC. Jay, especially is to be commended for being such a guide in having me take out and put in chips since I'm not an expert in PC hardware work.”
