“I went here to get my phone screen fixed after completely shattering it. The worker was very sweet, personable, and knowledgeable. He fixed it for me for a very reasonable price. Later on, I realized the colors were muted and the keyboard wasn’t working smoothly. I called and he told me to come back. He explained the multitude of reasons why I could be having this issue. He replaced the screen right away at no charge and it solved the color and keyboard problems. I would definitely recommend this place!”

She listened to what was important to me with purchasing my new phone and assisted me in my selection. I appreciated that she informed me know about deals, strengths/weaknesses of several phones and was honest by not making me feel she was telling me anything just to get a sale. “I cannot say enough about Maury, who works here. I'm disabled and needed to make sure a MetroPCS store was open on Sunday before I risked going to one and may have been left stranded there without a working phone (my old phone was dying). No one at the four stores I called closest to my house answered, although I made multiple attempts. So I called the store at 130 Sand Lane and Maury picked up immediately. When I arrived there, he helped me immediately and was extremely patient and polite. I recommend him very highly!”

“This 5 star rating is solely dependent on one of the staff, namely Ibrahim. When people come in the store, they greet him like an old friend, and I know why. Ibrahim is genuinely friendly, not the facade most customer service representatives put on to keep their jobs. He is also very thoughtful as I bought a phone for my father with poor vision and he personally changed the font settings until my father was comfortable with the size. He also got us the best deals when we did return and spent half an hour arguing with customer service on our behalf to get me unlimited data for the same price! Rarely do customer service representatives actually serve the customer, but Ibrahim is the exception. If Ibrahim is not there, then Im not going. Simple as that.”

I went to another Boost Store location that was suppose to open at 10AM and the door was still locked at 10:10, so when I arrived at this location at 10:15, I was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. “I recently signed up for Verizon in a different store. In addition to being unsatisfied with the customer service, there, I felt that something was handled unfairly. Unable to resolve it, I called this store. Alfred stayed in contact with me over the phone for several days and rectified the situation. A additional situation then arose at the fault of my previous carrier of 13 years that I left. Unable to get help anywhere else, I called this store once again. Ines answered the phone, and immediately came up with a solution. She call Alfred over so that he would be aware of how to help me once I came in. I rushed to the store before it closed. Ines was assisting other customers, but Alfred was available to speak with me. He called customer service so that I wouldn’t have to and rectified the situation that was caused by my previous carrier- a situation that was going on for almost a week that he managed to solve in a matter of minutes! Ines finished assisting her other customers and spoke with me to make sure everything was good. Together they are an amazing team! They not only outdid the other Verizon store with their friendliness and knowledge, they managed to correct a huge problem as a result of my previous carrier’s incompetence. Both Alfred and Ines serve as models to all other customer service people. Even though they did not know me, and I was a brand new customer, they treated me with the respect and dedication that all customers deserve. It was their knowledge, patience, kindness, and willingness to help that makes me grateful that I switched. At this point, I do not know how happy I will be as a Verizon customer, but I know that if I need any assistance in the future, I can always turn to them. I hope that by writing this review other people will realize there are people in this field that are willing to treat you with kindness and respect and assist whenever necessary.
