“Hello, I was at the store earlier today. I had an issue with my former current carrier. I switched over to total wireless because they had a much much better offer and I went with it for two lines. I only pay $65 a month no more no less and if I get the home Internet, it would be 100 which that’s a pretty good deal if you ask me, I got the 13 on them. My wife brought her phone over and our services so far so good that I haven’t had any problems with it not too bad. The staff was very, very helpful and the manager went allowed to make sure that his customers were happy and satisfied, and the staff also did the same thing”

“This 5 star rating is solely dependent on one of the staff, namely Ibrahim. When people come in the store, they greet him like an old friend, and I know why. Ibrahim is genuinely friendly, not the facade most customer service representatives put on to keep their jobs. He is also very thoughtful as I bought a phone for my father with poor vision and he personally changed the font settings until my father was comfortable with the size. He also got us the best deals when we did return and spent half an hour arguing with customer service on our behalf to get me unlimited data for the same price! Rarely do customer service representatives actually serve the customer, but Ibrahim is the exception. If Ibrahim is not there, then Im not going. Simple as that.”
“So I paid my AT&T prepaid phone bill. It’s usual dollar amount of $40 monthly. After paying my bill I still had no service on my phone. I was furious! I walked into the AT&T store and was greeted by so many friendly gentlemen all with excellent customer service but the one who stood out to me was JD! I must give a special shout out to him because not only was he friendly, patient, and investigated the situation very thoroughly. After brainstorming, he told me that my bill went up and if I only paid $40 they would even shut me off for being one dollar short. He said let’s give it a try it couldn’t hurt. We gave it a try and sure enough he was on the money! I got an increase monthly and was never told about it via text or otherwise so I paid my usual $40 instead of the new required monthly payment of $45. Thanks to JD. I had service that day. Thank you and if I ever have another problem, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to that store!”
“They are fantastic here! Caleb, Arbon, and Emre were so accommodating and professional. I haven't bought a phone in years and they were all so helpful! My phone was taking a long time to transfer my data from old phone to new phone and they stayed after store hours to accommodate me! I did come back the next day to finish the transfer. They welcomed me back and were so friendly. I highly recommend this location. I'll definitely be back. Thank you guys!”
