“I stopped by earlier and it was my first time shipping to Canada. Mary was extremely helpful and patience with me. She directed me what to fill out, mailers to use, and the cheapest option available. I get nervous going to USPS bc many times they assume customers should know everything. She offered to cut my label and gave me a pen which is nice. Usually I always bring tape, marker, pens, scissors, cash just to make sure I'm prepared for everything. Thank you Mary!”

“Came here to ship an item home. Several people in line when I walked in. Only 1 window open. Wait time probably less than 10 minutes. While waiting in line a few customers walking in after me felt waiting was not an option for them and bolted straight to the front. Saying just here to drop off a package. The mail clerk informed them they would have to get in line and wait just like the rest. They took exception. Blurted out a few choice words and bolted out the door. Was that really necessary??? Clerk was friendly despite the rude customer(s).”
“I gave 5 stars because the staff always friendly and courteous! The place desperately needs an upgrade! It’s looking rundown and sometimes the credit card machine and the scale stop working! I tried to use the gifts cards and the clerk could not even activate them! It would be nice to have 2 windows for service ✅”
