“Due to being a fall risk with other physical complications, sometimes going to a UPS store with boxes can be difficult. On two separate occasions, I called the UPS Store In The Greenridge Plaza on SI, and asked if someone could possibly come to my car to carry boxes in to the store. The response was "of course" on both occasions. Not only did they help with the boxes, they offered to come out again with a receipt each time. Service truly with a smile on each of these occasions. Doing business with a company who goes the extra mile, to make sure to higher wonderful staff is very much appreciated. I would like to thank the gentleman for their kindness. I am uncertain but believe the names were John and Josh.”

He was kind, friendly, helpful, and patient. We had A LOT of Amazon returns and he was so patient as we gathered everything. The other employees in the store were also friendly and kind. As the line grew, the other employees immediately stepped into help since we took longer than most transactions. Jay is a superstar!”
