Went to return two old cable boxes and to buy a new Xumo. There was barely any wait and the seating area was very comfortable. Yvonne, the customer service representative who took care of me was an absolute sweetheart. She was quick, clear and efficient, all while being so sweet. Made the trip a breeze.
