“They are fantastic here! Caleb, Arbon, and Emre were so accommodating and professional. I haven't bought a phone in years and they were all so helpful! My phone was taking a long time to transfer my data from old phone to new phone and they stayed after store hours to accommodate me! I did come back the next day to finish the transfer. They welcomed me back and were so friendly. I highly recommend this location. I'll definitely be back. Thank you guys!”

“I had an excellent experience with Leo C. at the Verizon store, both in person and over the phone. From the moment I walked in, Leo was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive. He took the time to ask the right questions so he could fully understand what I needed and what would work best for me and my family. He took the time to explain my options, make sure I understood everything, and personally ensured that I received the help I needed from start to finish. Even when I needed assistance over the phone, Leo continued to be responsive and made sure I was taken care of. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in my experience. I truly appreciate the time and effort Leo put into helping me find the right plan and solution for my family. He is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. Highly recommend Leo C.!”
