“Great shop, the owner - a previous top figure skater - is an absolute pro in sharpening skates. He understands his business from the ground. Moreover, he helped us out with a broken blade before practice by giving us blades from his unsold skates without any hesitation. Any other place never would have opened up a new box.... Great customer service and highly recommended for professional skate sharpening!!”
“My son loves the Maple/Bamboo Hybrid 271 bat! First hit off of it was a double to the centerfield wall! Has great pop! Unfortunately the bat broke during the tournament however Pinnacle Sports had a replacement to me within 3 days of contacting them! They were super to deal with and stand by their warranty 100%! We already bought another 271 to always have an extra on hand. If you want a great wood bat, you won't go wrong with this one!”

“I walked into Champs on Friday feeling a little bit overwhelmed since i am not a big fan of retail shopping. Some of the employees didn't really approach me but one did and it was one of the greatest experiences i had as a consumer, especially one who doesn't love the idea of shopping in a mall. Her name was Tina and i am not sure of her title at the store but it should have been manager if it wasn't. She was knowledgeable on not only the product line but the size (actual size) on how things actually fit. She knew prices and was able to answer any and all questions i had. While this alone was impressive, her attitude and personality is what is leading me to write this review. She was approachable and sweet and friendly. She didn't make me feel like i was forced or pressured and made this a great experience. She put me at ease and made me feel important. I made a purchase and maybe i didn't spend a ton of money like others, but it did not cause Tina to treat me any less important. I really hope someone sees this and acknowledges this because with so many people posting about negative experiences, there are people who are so enamored by the service received, i felt i had no choice but to share. Thank you Tina for being a wonderful representative of your store and a wonderful person in general.”

“This is the Nike stote Outlet on Staten Island. I really liked the place, prices were really great, staff very helpful and a really nice atmosphere. They had so many more shoes to choose from than are in the stores so everybody should be able to find their style, the bonus is travelling on the Staten Island ferry, a real experience worth doing.”

“Me and my husband and kids went here in the evening. We were all helped individually by all the young teens in this store. Right away a young girl guess my ugg size and brought me a pair to try on the perfect fit and great attitude same for the other young girl who helped me and my 11 yr old find the nikes we wanted. To then see my husband getting helped by a young gentleman picking out his first pair of uggs. I can tell you my husband is not an easy customer and ask a billion questions. But when I got to him he already had his pair and the young man with a great attitude was answering every question with a smile. Great selection and great employees. The girl at the register great attitude ! Even when leaving another young gentleman told us have a great day and closed the gate. We had no idea it was closing time because everyone was polite and in no rush !”
