Two rude female workers were childish and ghetto when I asked them where the passport office is because I made an appt at that location for my son. A nice worker explained everything and let me know that she does the passport.

Odyssey was very helpful. I was unprepared for my passport appointment. She help me get my documents together and I was able to submit my son application in time. She saved me from having to make another appointment at a later date. Much appreciated.
