“I had my son's bank account at this bank.
I visited with my son as he was enrolled in a school in another state. I closed the account and received the balance in cash, and the process was handled quickly and courteously. However, instead of immediately returning our ID after checking it, when we were about to leave the bank, they hurriedly followed us out to return our ID, apologizing and returning our ID. The attitude was polite and we were not offended at all.”
“I was depositing cash a few weeks back and miscounted the total by a number too low (by an embarrassing amount) . The teller Danni was not only honest but extremely nice about it. Her kindness left an impression!”

“Im one who doesn't usually go out of my way to make a post about anything. But, credit should be given where credit is due. My son and I went in to the Hauppauge branch for fraudulent activity that was picked up on my son's account. It wasnt much just under $30. The branch Mgr took us to his office and treated the whole situation as if we lost thousands more. He did everything he could to resolve the situation and before we knew it the money was back in the account. He did all the leg work, and spent the time required to fix the situation. Im so glad I'm a member here and not just a number. Thank you Jose!”

“I have been banking with Apple Bank for the past 34 years. First at the Lindenhurst Branch and for the last 20 years at the Ronkonkoma Branch. The staff at Ronkonkoma is so courteous, friendly, and professional. It is such a pleasure to know all the staff and the staff treats their customers like family. The bank is clean and spacious and Georgette, Kristen, and Kelly always take the time to chat. Anthony, Kim, and Debbie are excellent bank tellers.
