“Boutique shoe store that seems to specialize in very comfortable shoes. Top name brands, and the most comfortable models in those brands. Selection is quite limited, but it's understandable for such a small store. But the selection is still quite impressive, and I'm sure you're going to find at least one pair of shoes that you like. During our first visit we bought four pairs of shoes. Not bad, considering that we only intended to browse the selection. We were so impressed with the high quality service from staff members Tracy and Sophia, that we came back two more times, each time bringing my 83-year-old mother who was just as impressed with the wonderful and attentive service that we received from the staff. So, between the three of us, we wound up buying 11 pairs of shoes in just three visits. Wow! I can't believe it myself considering what a cheapskate I am. LOL ?. We are definitely going to shop here again when we need new shoes ?.”

“I had a great experience at this location today with Candace the manager. I was on lunch break looking to quickly return damaged Nike slides that I got from the outlets so that I could buy better ones online somewhere. The outlet location also rang up the wrong box of shoes.
Candace quickly retrieved new slides in their correct box and I was able to do an even exchange all under 8 minutes. I did not expect to leave with anything and I did. She saved me so much time and energy! She also informed me that she would reach out to the other store to make them aware so it doesn't happen to someone else.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were knowledgeable about their products and guided me straight to what I was looking for.The store was well-organized, making it easy to browse through their extensive selection. Despite it being a busy day, I didn't feel rushed or ignored. The staff ensured I got the right size and even offered insights into how to best care for the sneakers to keep them looking fresh.Checkout was a breeze, and the overall atmosphere in the store was very positive. “Roger found me my favorite pair of shoes that has (unfortunately) been discontinued by the company. I have been wearing this particular style for years in numerous colors and they have been daily shoes in all aspects of my life. I have been hoping to track down a couple of pairs and a made a stop last week. Roger took the time out of his day to help me and managed to track down one of the last remaining pairs (in the color I wanted!)

“Came here looking for business casual shoes for my husband who can be extremely picky as he likes his shoes to be stylish, comfortable and breathable. Neola was super sweet, knowledgeable and helped us pick out some pairs to try and my husband found 2 pairs that he really liked. But we had left the store to try on some shoes at other stores since Aldo was our first stop and we wanted to see what else was out there. My husband must have tried 15 more pairs of shoes from other stores of which he only found 1 pair that he liked so we came back to Aldo about 30 minutes before closing and she had kept the shoes on the side for us all along. “The jazz loft is a hidden gem, Google it and see all the amazing shows that are happening. The decor is amazing and a fine example of what a jazz club should look like. Venue is on the second floor with the first floor welcoming you to a historical museum show casing some incredible jazz memorabilia. I highly recommend you pay this place a visit.”
