“Had a great experience at this store because of Tim! I had a big issue with upgrading my phone and after spending two hours with a Verizon rep over the phone, I went to this location and was assisted by Tim! It took 4 hours to completely transfer and fix everything that the rep messed up and Tim was patient, kind, funny and so so helpful. He’s just an incredible guy with the funniest stories and i learned alot about current events too and his knowledge of so many other world events while waiting for the transfer!!I wish I had gone here to begin with! Do yourself a favor and just pay the $50 they charge you to do a smooth transfer if you need assistance. Don’t bother calling the reps as they really messed up my transfer! If you have any phone issues, Tim is your guy!! I couldn’t be more pleased with this location and working with Tim!!”

To my luck, this business' screen repair services was readily available and was able to get my phone repaired quickly and at a great price. They offer aftermarket and genuine screens which I was very happy about. I didn't catch his name, but he was amazing and super nice! “I travel quite often and rent out SIM cards or phones from multiple places, but let me tell you something, the service that this place offers is one of a kind that I don’t think anyone can beat, the texts get answered momentarily, always a positive answer on anything that might come up, and they are on top of everything.
In the past when I rented from other places I always happen to bumped into some issues for whatever reason, but now I was away for 2 weeks between multiple countries and everything was top notch…

“I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer.
