“What would we ever do without the services of this UPS store in Sunnyside? Years before we found out when the original store burned down and the neighborhood Facebook groups were all aflutter with worry. Not only because they provided an essential service but also because the owners running it were just as much a fixture. I regularly come here to drop off my Amazon returns but I come here for other things too - my passport photos, UPS shipments, printing when my printer breaks. Everyone is so efficient and helpful. And the owners still remember me after all these years.”

“These people work really hard but the clientele is very sketchy. Is this place run by the mob? There are always scary old guys inside and out front of this place. Sometimes they shout orders at the employees. More than once I've heard them telling each other dirty jokes right in front of the register. I'll be going to the newer place across the street til these unseemly types have found a new place to hang out.”
