“I ordered shoes on clearance meaning they were unable to be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately they arrived in a little bit of a mess and I was unsatisfied. After leaving a review, customer service reached out of their own accord and offered either a partial refund if I wanted to keep the shoes or to allow me to return them for a full refund. Very generous and some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. ”

“Have done business with quite a few places and went to them after seeing them on Instagram. Have to say, VERY FAIR, very realistic and honest. If you have authentic legitimate goods and you know the market, this is the best place and best way to go. Consignment and the major resale places are not netting you more money or they are luring you with the promise of more. If you have some EBay fantasy this is not your place, know what you have and know the actual wholesale resale market. This is quick, legit and fair, and that unfortunately is not all that common. This is most likely the new business model as nobody wants to wait 3 months or get less than they were told. Happy we did business with them and we would do it again.”
“I came by to get my first proper business attire with absolutely 0 knowledge of what to expect. The moment I entered the store, I was instantly greeted warmly by David the owner. I told him I have no clue of my sizes and what I really wanted besides a suit.
Throughout the entire 1.5 hours I was there, David and I were having great conversation and he was really helpful in teaching me even basic fashion styles all whilst making me feel incredibly comfortable. Once he measured my sizes, the first sports coat and first slacks given to me perfectly fit, had superb quality, and looked beautiful. We tried some dress shirts, a tie, and went through probably 10 different pairs of shoes to match with the fit (of which we took 2 pairs of shoes).
This has been the best customer service I have received in my life so far. I heavily advise on coming down here to check out their selection of suits, pants, shoes, but primarily the master talent that David has, and his sense of fashion that pairs so well with his skills. Thank you so much for setting me up with amazing clothing that will last me a lifetime, David!”

“The shopping experience was smooth. I was greeted when I was arrived and told Zay I was looking for white/red Jordans. He made a few suggestions without making me feel pressured to make a purchase. Of course I had to go with the Cherry Jordan 12s! I’ve heard of this store a few times and was told it’s a trusted location for selling authentic sneakers. The pricing is competitive as well so I’ll def check in for future purchases.”

I needed dance shoes for my new classes and Harold was incredibly knowledgeable patient and helpful from the moment I walked in. And, I was greeted warmly by all the employees but Harold took the time to understand what I needed, guided me to the right pair, and made the whole experience fun. At one point, we were even practicing some of the moves I’ve been learning to make sure the shoes felt right! I walked out with the perfect pair and couldn’t be happier. If you need dance shoes definitely ask for Harold. Highly recommend!”
