“I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt that I had to this time. Every time something has happened to a my car I’ve had, I haven’t been in it , thank god ! This time was the worst; it was a hit and run ! From the time I called the emergency number for Coach Auto Body for a tow, to the time I picked up my beautifully fixed car, Joe, Alex and their crew were WONDERFUL ! It was supposed to take 1 1/2 weeks for the insurance adjuster to come take a look at my car, Joe had it done in 2 days! They are so professional that Joe and Alex had ordered the parts once my car arrived on the flat bed, so that once the adjuster had finished his job, they started their’s; the parts were already there! Joe kept in contact w/ me from beginning to end ! I could not be anymore pleased ! My car looked and drove like it was brand new!
