Fastpass is NOT fast at Syracuse Airport. Everytime we rent in SYR we wait and wait and wait in line for 1 agent to process people's rentals from 1 line. Might be better to not reserve and just walk up to another counter because I takes way too long! Someone needs to pay attention and fix the process. Please!!!!!!!!!
