“Shout-out to the staff working Friday afternoon at this store. There was an active shooter situation in the mall and the staff members did a excellent job of clearly communicating the situation, guiding everyone in the stock room to ensure safety , keeping us all well informed and entertaining the kids during our entire 30-40 minute ordeal. Please recognize these great employees who went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well protected. Again, if you're reading this review, thank you !”

“Such a disappointing store though. Nice people, great staff but their product lines are just...outdated. I went to the outlet store west of here in Waterloo... Same stuff, same price. Google HM sitting on billions of dollars in unsold clothes and that is why they opened these outlet stores... To make you think they are discounting it but they aren't. Compare it. I promise they are the same price.”

“Went for toys for my 15 month old. Selection was decent, prices were a bit higher than I expected for some items but they were all in good condition. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I didnt buy clothes, but it was organized and had a much bigger selection than I anticipated! Will be coming back here in the future.”
