She was incredibly calm and accommodating when other patrons at the store were pestering her for help. She was able to multitask and assisted everyone who needed something. We were there for several hours while information was transferring but left before one was completed. We had my elderly mother with us and she couldn't sit any longer. Ruth gave us her home phone number in case we had any problems when we got home. All credit to her for getting us through this tedious task.”

That got me such a better deal on a new iPhone compared to the Apple store. They also got my monthly bill lowered by showing me other options in service that AT&T offers that I was never notified about before. While I was there, another customer came in and said she moved to CT but rather drive down from CT to get help from Prem with her phone because he’s always so helpful and knowledgeable.
