“I can’t recommend this cell phone repair store enough! I cracked my iPhone screen, and Doan and Quran were able to repair it the very same day I broke it and let me walk in 30 minutes to closing time and it was done in less than an hour.The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. My phone looks brand new, and the repair was done perfectly. If you need fast, reliable, and high-quality phone repairs, this is definitely the place to go. I was even told with my insurance I can come back and have my phone cleaned up every few months no charge and no appointment like the BEST!!

“I came in with my family to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, and Ricky and David made the entire experience incredible! They helped us switch all of our lines over, transferred all of our information to our new phones, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
They even took the time to set up Apple CarPlay in my dad’s car and helped us switch our home internet from Optimum to Verizon Fios. On top of that, they clearly explained the insurance options and all of the promotions, making sure we understood everything before we left.
The level of customer service, patience, and knowledge they showed was outstanding. This is by far one of the best Verizon stores I’ve been to. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Ricky and David!”
“I happen to go into the Westchester mall today to the Verizon store. I wasn’t intending on purchasing a phone but I did and I’m glad I did. I got the best service from Chris the sales rep. He sold me my new iPhone and I couldn’t be more happier he helped me an assisted me and setting everything up. I didn’t have to do a thing I did have to wait, but it was well worth it. Dijon was on the side, making jokes and making the customers happy as well. They are a great team.”

We had originally gone to another AT&T store where the employee was rude, dishonest, and kept changing the pricing, adding in hidden fees etc. We ultimately left and came to the store in Dumont. Christian was able to help us as soon as we walked in. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and made the process exceptionally easy. “The best Total Wireless store I've been to yet!! Maria is lovely and very helpful. After nearly getting scammed by the Poughkeepsie store who wanted $450 to $500 for 5 new lines and then dropped it down to a still ridiculous amount of $225, Maria was able to give me all 5 lines on the Total Unlimited 5G+ plan for the true price of $160. And that included everything, taxes, fees, SIM Cards, everything. I have no idea why Poughkeepsie was so dishonest. But this is definitely the store to go to. Excellent and Friendly service, it was a really great experience. Maria also has an adorable little schnauzer named Sammy or Sami (Not sure how it's spelt.) and she's so cute!! ? Just be gentle around her because she doesn't have the best vision and she gets nervous easily and will bark at you. But she won't bite! <:) So, if you don't mind the extra drive coming from Dutchess County or you already live in the area choose this Total Wireless location. Maria is excellent and trust me, you won't be disappointed!!! <:D It's also really convenient for my dad as well since he could stop here on his way home from work in Hawthorne to pay the bill. ? Come here for anything Total Wireless!! ? <:D”
“I brought my laptop in because one of the hinges had broken, causing the frame to separate from the screen. The technician at JRC Wireless was not only very nice but also highly knowledgeable. He fixed the issue within the timeframe given and at an affordable price. I highly recommend JRC Wireless for any laptop repairs.”
