“I used to have my prescriptions filled at CVS but now I go elsewhere. The lines were too long and the pharmacist at the time was discourteous. That’s why I take my RX’s to Walgreens next door where the line is shorter and thee attention for prescriptions more personal”
“Anyone who lives in the area of Walgreens on Kensico Rd., should feel fortunate to be served by their pharmacist, Thao. I was at the pharmacy today and Thao administered vaccine. The entire process from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was extremely well run thanks to Thao. Thao is experienced, very professional, extremely pleasant to deal with (despite the demands of her job), and excellent at multi-tasking. Observing Thao I noticed she was on the phone, filling prescriptions, answering staff and customer questions while at the same time paying attention to my needs. It’s thanks to Thao that I will happily return to Walgreens for my prescriptions and other items, despite the 2 neighboring competitors. Thank you Thao. So glad you are there to serve our community.”
“Clean store, always stocked, and a convenient location right in the center of town. Entrances at three sides and exits on two make it an easy in and out. Plenty of parking, all very close to the door. Staff is efficient and helpful, and the pharmacy is prompt and accurate. Store has great hours for the location, but the pharmacy could stand to be open a bit later.”

“The CVS at 660 Columbus Ave. in Thornwood is always a pleasure to visit! The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything from pharmacy essentials to great everyday items. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful they take time to answer questions and make sure prescriptions are ready on time. I especially appreciate how fast the checkout process is, whether I’m using self-checkout or being helped by a cashier. The location is super convenient with plenty of parking, and the store hours make it easy to stop by anytime. It’s clear that this CVS really cares about providing great service to the community. Highly recommended!”
