Pharmacist/technicians just seem miserable on the phone. Very unprofessional

I'm also surprised by the not-so-great reviews. The pharmacy staff is always quick, responsive and knowledgeable, I appreciate the automated SMS notifications of prescription refills, the store has everything you need & expect from a chain drug store.
