“We stayed at the Woodview on a whim while traveling through the area. The dinner was superb at the onsite restaurant. The owners are absolutely devoted to their guests and it shows. Breakfast is a small cooler filled with snacks. Me personally I prefer a hot breakfast so we went to a local restaurant for that. I would say you can't go wrong staying there. Lovely area and overall a pretty perfect stay.”

“We stayed in the Loon cottage for 2 nights and it was beautiful! Well appointed, and the owners have great attention to detail. Everything you need! We loved it so much we ate dinners there, cooking in the grill and enjoying the private fire pit (newspaper, wood, lighter provided). We had our 2 dogs with us and it was perfect for them. The large grassy area was lovely but also great for potty walks and exploring. The view from the gazebo (we sat in there and played a board game from the cottage) is gorgeous at sunset! Lovely fall getaway!”

“We vacation here every year because of the fantastic location, wonderful staff, especially Serenity who works at all three locations, and the Uncle Sam boat tours that are offered here. The shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. There is everything to love here.”

“From the Schitt’s Creek-themed room that gave us all the laughs, to the cozy screened-in porch with its coffee and tea setup (yes, please!), and the charming outdoor patio—The Wooden Boat Inn was exactly what we didn’t know we needed. Our Montreal plans may have unraveled, but stumbling upon Clayton and landing at Pia’s place felt like fate in flannel. If you’re after a spot that’s cute, clean, quiet, and comfier than you’d expect—look no further. Pia’s got hospitality down to a science. ?☕❤️”

“Our AARP group just had a trip to see the castles. We stayed T Edgewood Resort. What a fabulous place. Our rooms were right on the St Lawrence River. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner food was fabulous. We were treated like royalty with Charles tending to every need. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Nearby activities: Visited Singer and Boldt castles, 1,000 Island Winery, American Boat Museum, 1,000 Island Museum.”

“Rooms: The rooms were comfortable and beautiful with a great view. We loved the turndown service and morning housekeeping. Most hotels have done away with these features and it’s good to see they’re still done at Harbor Hotel. We will definitely stay here again but will absolutely dine elsewhere.

Food and drinks: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EAT AT THE SEAWAY GRILL!!!! Our party of four dined there for dinner and we were all hugely disappointed to say the least. Hard and overcooked fish, absolutely flavorless…everything, no seasoning at all. A party of no-salt all reaching for the salt and pepper. We decided however to give it another try for breakfast. Everything about the food was absolutely terrible for all of us. An hour wait for our food, raw potatoes , hollandaise overpowered with lemon juice, overcooked eggs, undercooked pancakes. Absolutely awful!! Stay at the Harbor Hotel, but eat somewhere else.”

“We had a wonderful couple nights away. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the jetted tub and double balconies. The food and drinks were great downstairs. Super convenient location. Everything was within walking distance. Would def stay again.”
