“Reminds me of Sears. Jan 20/25- this place is nice, hope it’ll stay open! While touring around, I came into here alone and it brought back so many memories of sears! I guess I came in to feel sears again but sears has more higher end stuff. I came in to buy some shoes but they didn’t have the Nike’s I wanted.”

“I had to exchange a top for the third time and I got the same employee Cindy each time. She was so nice and helpful. She is quick and very friendly! She works at the customer service desk at the Lancaster Kohls. I really like her and she will help you with any question you may have about the store or merchandise. “Kohl's in Williamsville is a clean and well stocked store. I was greeted by an associate at the door and she actually helped me pick out a bathing suit. I bought more than I intended. I also appreciate the fact that Amazon returns can be brought to Kohl's. Great store that has everything you need for your personal use or your home.”
“The cashier, Donna, who helped me on March 15, 2025 went the extra mile. I hadn't activated my new Kohl's card so she used my old card anyway. She personally wrote the number down for me so that I could activate my new card. She was gracious and kind, and didn't make me feel like a bother, even though I know I was!”

“Just like most other (non super) Targets I’ve been to. Friendly cashier on one trip and self checkout the next trip. Had stock of everything I was looking for. Surprised me, I didn’t realize that Target was carrying Popsocket MagSafe! I needed to replace one that was falling apart”

“The selection of men’s clothing was very limited compared to other locations that I visited over the past month. I visited other locations in Schaumburg Illinois and location in Cheektowaga NY , and they both had a much better line up of men’s clothing to choose from.”

“Zainab was the most respectful cashier. I told her how I was worried about the breakables I bought for gifts. She wrapped them and bagged them then wrapped them in the clothes I bought. I made it home to wrap them and they were still in one piece!!! Thank you also to Jess S who was so funny and helpful. They even pleased my hard-to-fit weiner dog Jazzy! I love this Marshall's. They keep a neat store even on Dec. 24. They somehow keep the place clean around the hardest days of the year. Thank you for a great time shopping.”

“I come here weekly to stock up my dog's bones. They're cheaper here than anywhere online. I enjoy shopping at Marshalls and the staff are friendly. My only complaint is it's always so hot!! Please turn the AC on.”
“I have been shopping at JC Penney’s for years. When you buy clothing, you can count on good quality , lasts beyond other brands. They have very nice home decor. The salon is great and Stacey at the salon is amazing, she’s been my stylist for a long time. I give the store five stars.”

“You want to know what's funny? They do "follow" you around, but if they see that you shop and buy stuff they'll let you shop alone.
I get it. They're not rich and shoplifting is a thing. Why deal with the hassle of cops when you just follow people and look at them askew?
I think it's hilarious that some of these reviews refer to the shop owners not being not LGBT friendly. Get your head out of your and open your own shop; see what happens. People should honestly take a look at what goes on at Sam's Club just a few doors down. Loaded shopping carts getting pilfered almost on the daily. But I digress...
I've found some good stuff to purchase like a money belt/travel purse, belts, a solid folding knife, and wallets.”

“Wow! You don't even feel like you're in Fort Erie. Very big and excellent for last minute gift options in our small town. Prices are very reasonable and the changing area is huge and extremely well lit. There's sections for home items, clothes, shoes, toys, self care and more. A good in between of Walmart and Marks for pricing and quality.”

“I just started shopping at BIG LOTS a few months ago and signed up for the shoppers reward programs. I don't know why I never shopped at this store before because I absolutely love it! I bought some very unique halloween decor and the best Christmas inflatables. I am beyond disappointed that this store is going out of business, especially when I just discovered how much I love it!!”
