“I came in in search of shoe laces(harder to find then you think) for my young child. The gentleman behind the counter (I believe his name was Dylan) he didn't just point out the shoe laces he walked over there with me in order to better assist me and to make sure I could find what I needed. When the laces I needed were not on the wall he said I would go double check in back for me. It's been a while since I felt like an employee has gone out of there way to try and help me like that. Thank you Dylan. We need more people like that in retail.”
