“Our dryer broke, so I had been using this laundromat without issue for a couple weeks. After the first week of school we had a couple weeks worth of clothes that all went into one dryer. Every single piece came out with multiple holes in it. I was honestly beside myself, I didn’t even entertain doing anything about it for the better part of a week. There’s no phone numbers or hours posted in or around the laundromat and there isn’t an attendant. We had work clothes, new school clothes, bathing suites, etc... At least $500 worth, but probably to actually replace each and every piece would cost more.
I finally did google for the number and got in touch with Noah-a partner in the business. Noah was kind, timely and did make the situation right. I honestly didn’t expect a resolution, but I was upset enough that I didn’t want to just let it go. I have to say, I’m pleasantly surprised by his great customer service. Thanks Noah!”

I was able to scheduled an appointment that fit my needs. During my appointment and fitting I knew I had found my person. Mo is extremely knowledgeable with a great sense of style. Payment was simple, items were finished on time, and the fit is great. So thankful to have found a tailor that gets clothing and the person wearing them. A+”

Different machines have different rates of drying time/1 quarter. Less than 10 seats for a seating area. Around 5 Baskets to transport clothes to machines.”

“I brought my shirt to this place to be washed. As soon as I got back, there was a problem with it. They couldn't find it. The person told me to wait a few days. I went back, they couldn't find it. They told me to come back in 2 weeks. I gave them a month and at first they offered to give me half the value of the shirt. Which obviously made me quite angry because it was a very good quality shirt. As soon as I got back, a month later, the person responded to me for the full value of the shirt. He is a very responsible person and I appreciate that he responded for the full value of the shirt. I understand that accidents happen. And the truth is, I recommend this place so that you can take your shirts to be washed.”

Told my story and she cheerfully started the machine for me. I hadn't been inside a laundromat for 30 years. The attendant and other customers were all helpful and friendly.”

“Typical laundromat. Has lots of big machines which I prefer. Place was clean with dryer sheets on the floor (expected since it's a laundromat). All of the patrons I ran into were very pleasant and helpful (held open doors, shared of a machine wasn't working). I happened to find a dryer that didn't work and reached out through the online messenger. Owner gave me a refund within 48 hours, I thought that was a very reasonable time frame. Very pleased with even getting a refund. Also I think a lot of patrons don't realize if we don't notify the workers/owners that the machines are down then how will them know they need to be fixed??? I will definitely be using this place again. Clothes came out very clean and the good dryers get very hot so all of my blankets and clothes were dry. I hate leaving with wet clothes. Overall great laundromat, the parking lot is a bit small but you are with walking distance of restaurants and Aldi's is very close by.”

“I lost money in the outside vending machine and the owner sent me a refund via USPS and I was pleasantly surprised. The laundromat is clean with reasonable rates and they have a vacuum outside.”
