“I had a great experience at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center on River Street in Troy. I dropped my car off right when they opened at 7:30 to have four snow tires put on (which I bought elsewhere and brought in), and I was helped immediately. My car went right in, and the whole process was quick and smooth.
What really stood out was the customer service. They were straightforward and no pressure at all. I never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Prices were right, the staff was honest, and the overall experience couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!”

Woke up to a tire sensor issue on my Abarth that has track mods / tires—called cold, and even though the shop was booked two weeks out, he had me in the bay within 10 minutes from first point of contact. Recalibrated all four tires, shared some Italian-car wisdom, and had me rolling again. Shops that take pride, deliver top service, and shoot straight are unicorns. Mark and his crew earn five stars, no question!”
“Dropped two wheels off to have tires replaced and it went nice and smooth only complaint I have is I was told I’d be receiving the receipt for my purchases in my email to have for my records and never did but I received a rating email for those same purchases kinda rubbed me the wrong way”

“Gladlisa was exceptional from start to finish—so welcoming from the moment we stepped in! Jamie and the whole team are truly wonderful whenever we connect, even over the phone. We've been coming here for years, and the service has consistently been excellent, aside from the rare occasion a small tool was left under the hood, which I hope won’t continue. I do need to bring the car back due to a rattling sound under the hood since our last visit, but I’m confident it’ll be taken care of.”
