I dropped my car off right when they opened at 7:30 to have four snow tires put on (which I bought elsewhere and brought in), and I was helped immediately. My car went right in, and the whole process was quick and smooth.

Woke up to a tire sensor issue on my Abarth that has track mods / tires—called cold, and even though the shop was booked two weeks out, he had me in the bay within 10 minutes from first point of contact.
