From someone who sells a lot online, seems like literally within an hour or so after I drop a package off in their package drop its scanned and on their way. “I don't interact with USPS all that often, but whenever I've gone into the office or had to call with a delivery question, the agents I've dealt with have been nothing but extremely friendly and helpful. There's the stereotype of the disgruntled postal worker - and maybe they are - but you'd never know it by the way they treat you as a customer.
