“I came in through Uber knowing to check if the vehicle was available unfortunately the business was having issues with their phones I came in and they said there was no car available I then became self entitled and thought I was special. At the end of this I must say Eric and his staff when above and beyond once I check my own attitude and behavior and treated them the same as all people expect to be. I even had an issue after that which they at least look at and again I treated them as they were special because they are because they do things that nobody has to do like go above and beyond to get you a vehicle.”
