When I got to the store, he said that I hadn't just messed up my screen, but also the connection so it would be an additional $15 to replace. I agreed and he replaced it in less than 15 minutes. Total came out to $97 and change after taxes. I was content with the services provided. Thank you, Tom!”

Maria was so patient and knowledgeable with everything from choosing the best phones for my kids, to which discounts I should be using to get the best plan prices. She took care of everything that day and helped me with any questions I had after I received the phones and began setting them up. The people are so incredibly informative and helpful. They listen to your needs and make perfect suggestions. Their service doesn’t end when you purchase the device. They set it up and, more importantly, show you how to use it with the patience of a school teacher. They don’t try and upsell you and you can. One back to them later for advice or instruction. You cannot find a more professional business.”

“Every time I have to visit ' U Break I Fix ' I encounter great servicevpeople who are so knowledgeable , efficient and willing to help w any problem - on the spot. If the issue can be fixed while you wait, they will complete your repair. I am very impressed when I happen to be inside the store waiting and other customers come in with complicated problems. Ended up having a family plan of 2 lines loved the promotion and the service cricket provide I was a T-mobile customer and moved to cricket a year ago. No regrets leaving T-mobile, cricket got my back :)”
