“This Stewarts in Utica, New York is a beacon of hope in these dark times. When we are scared to even trust our neighbors, when we question whether to believe in the good in our fellow man, Stewart's is there is provide security through fantastic service and sensible milkshakes. Myself and my friends were assisted in our quest for milky goodness by Nancy and April, whose cheerful and attentive demeanor provided respite from our woes. I got a cookies n cream milkshake which was blended to perfection, reminding me of a warm summer sunset on this dark winter's night. I highly recommend! Stop by if you have the unfortunate experience of coming through Utica, New York!”

“Even though this is one of the tiny locations, its my favorite location. The staff & manager are always friendly & helpful. They even come out to pump gas for people who can't do it. There's always hot, fresh coffee on, & creamers available. They also have great snacks options.”
“They seem to have worked out the issues with the app, it's not logging me out every single time. It still does occasionally but it's much better. Good place to get gas/ snacks, pizza, things like that.”
“The bad: The size of this gas station is smaller than other FastTrac sites. 8 cars max can fill up at same time, but in practice much less, because the lanes are congested. Bad congestion at the station itself when busy. Since shop is smaller, less choices of food and snack items. The good: The location is very convenient though, and there are plenty of entrances, exits, and a traffic light. Store workers do their job well. Free digital air pump for tire inflation.”
“Stopped in for a bite while passing through town. Didn’t expect much from a gas station sub but the staff were all polite, the sub was delicious, and there was a great selection of snacks and drinks”

“I stopped for a slice & the chicken bacon ranch pizza was so fresh. I just had to try it. It didn't disappoint. This Cliffs has 5 star gas station pizza.”
“Busy gas station, moderately clean. They have normal gas station snacks & drinks & trinkets. No public restrooms. You have to pre pay if you are paying in cash. Alittle hard to get in and out of at high traffic times, but they do have a good amount of parking for customers not getting fuel.”

“4/8/26 Why is it every time I come in a dark skinned girl employee is being loud, abusive, threatening and swearing at co workers? WHATS THE MATTER WITH MANAGEMENT? Hey anyone going to do anything about the dark skin girl on afternoons? Has a bit of an attitude and her boyfriend sits there her whole shift. He eats/drinks free. WHY? She hasn't been there long. Hope it's not too much longer. It's unpleasant when she's working.”

“I just bought 2 home office chairs here and was helped immensely by 3 associates. I neglected to get their names, I’m sorry, but 2 female staffers were super polite and helpful, cashing me out, loading the boxes on a huge cart for me, and then getting a male staffer to pleasantly take them to my car and load both in it for me! I could not have taken advantage of the sale price on them and on the gas I bought without their help. Great job, Utica store personnel!”

“It's a Fastrac. Expectations not super high.Clean, lots of things to buy, reminds me of a combination AM/PM and 7-Eleven mash-up but granted I was visiting from Los Angeles and had never been to Fastrac before.We loaded up with snacks and drinks for a roadtrip back to the city and everything was as you would expect.Not only were the cashiers super friendly but one guy working the coffee machines let me have my coffee for free because "the red light is on, the coffee is passed it prime" lol that still tickles me thinking back on it. And to top it off, the coffee was fine!Would definitely come back next time we're in Utica.”
