“The store was clean and organized. This was my first time there . Set up is a lot different from your average grocery store. I went for an item on sale. I looked around a little bit. Some products seemed high compared to other stores in the area.”

I get around with a power wheelchair only to the front dooraz this place is not wheelchair friendly.i definitely and highly recommend this store their stock is well filled with a large variety of food and merchandiseI'm glad they are located so close to me.”

“5 to start. Told $175 charge for 20 hour early arrival for 7 pallets even though no trucks at any of 8 docks and none waiting for an hour when a truck did arrived. I have 7 pallets 7 products and no breakdown. Let’s see how they do me tomorrow. Oh guess who I saw coming out of their office building……..I was unloaded quickly and dock person came to truck and said the 130 count pallets only had 104 each and the approach was, in a subtle way , he didn’t want me to check myself. I signed and left on my stringent delivery schedule.”

“Location is okay, but watch out for panhandlers in the parking lot. Shopping at Hannaford is our go too place when we need something quick, we pop in and out, which means that the store itself runs smoothly and great. The personnel are are delightful and helpful. Would recommend this place for shopping needs.”

“My son Dillon always enjoyed the subs, fish dinner and sandwiches there. Although he was ill and appearances often indicated so, he was treated with dignity and respect by staff. “I went to shop at BJs today to renew my membership and to see if I can get 2 pairs of eyeglasses repaired. An employee by the name of Kayla helped me with my membership renewal. She was very proficient and personable. After that I went to the optical department where an Eric Jackson was working. Eric was also very proficient and personable. Eric repaired both pairs of glasses and would not accept money for the labor and said he was happy to help. After shopping I went to the cashier to check out and at this point it was Kayla at the register - cashier # 464951. Kayla took the time to scan my products for sale prices and took the time to show me how to do it myself using my cellphone. I've been a member of BJs for years and today was my best shopping experience ever. Eric and Kayla were terrific and definitely assets to your company.”
“It can feel overwhelming here, but some of these prices are phenomenal. Love the different ethnicities represented here and the opportunity to try so many different products. Got a mango juice for only 75¢. I will absolutely take it!”
“This is our go to business for high quality sausages and meatballs. They're primary business is food service, yet they make time to answer questions from walk-ins like me. They're always hustling to keep production at peak capacity and yet they're able to pivot to "be nice" to their retail customers. My hat's off to everyone at this business. My recommendation to folks who don't know Dino's is, make it a destination store. You'll be amazed, not with the ambiance, but with the quality and service!”
“Grew up on this corner store. The family who owned and runs it are very friendly and trusting. I may not know their names but we know each other by face and whoever's working always says hello. Definitely one of the least creepy/getto corner stores that I've gone to in Utica.”

“Everyone was so kind and helpful; we just moved (back, for me; born and raised Utican, here) to the area from California, and they were willing to work with me, even with an out of state ID (I still provided my NG bill for proof of residence). They also allowed me to email my information due to the fact that I only have half an hour for lunch available during their open hours. My family and I are so grateful that Utica provides such truly warm hearted generosity to its residents.”

“I have only ordered from here a few times, but every time it lives up to my Expectations my go to choices are Panang curry (careful with the spice) & the shrimp spring rolls. Make sure to give the sweet-and-sour sauce a try it is fantastic. I have yet to visit the location and browse the store, but look forward to it.”
