“I was having problems with my old iPhone 10 after 7 years. I went locally to the Verizon in Long Beach NY. They couldn’t be better. Walked out with 2 new iPhones with accessories and a new better plan. More recently I turned in my old phone for the rebate. They transferred all my old files and apps. Made sure everything was working correctly. Erased my files from the old phone. I had avoided upgrading sooner because I was worried about losing stuff. Not to worry . They were great!
