“The owners are great however, the new young lady that has been working the counter is quite rude. I've been going there regularly for gas for over a year and the customer service from her is quite sad. I believe some training is in order. I've discussed this with others and I'm not the only one who feels she is rude. I rarely will go there now. I'm not fond of having money snatched out of my hand or feeling like I'm not welcome. Paul and the other woman are fantastic! !”

“All the twisted tea and Rome is no good they sell 12 packs of twisted tea and it’s all tainted and spoiled if you want twisted tea you have to get the tall cans and even though sometimes they’re spoiled don’t fall for it just make you think weird and it’s a waste of money on my second 12 pack and it’s garbage”

Had a situation when trying to pick up a order, a associate said I must have ordered from the wrong store. Well, come to find out I didn't and my order was right there. The manager went ABOVE and beyond to make matters right.”

“I like that (most of) their employees go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It's nice to be acknowledged when you go through their doors and especially so when you're waiting at the counter and they can't come help you right away. I don't mind waiting when people are busy, but it's nice to know that they have seen you and will be coming, lol It only takes a second for staff to do this, but most places do not, when it should be the first thing a retail employee is expected to do on day one.”
