“My son’s used car that we just bought a little over a month ago had the check engine light come on and I called to get it in to be looked at. I was very upset on the phone and Mike made me feel so much better. To just bring it in and don’t think the worst before we know. I’m a single mom and the mechanic I originally brought it too said it could be so many things so I got super upset but Mike made me feel so much better. I highly recommend just on the fact that he cares.”

“We were involved in a MVA while on vacation. Our car had to be towed. Max from MTM was very professional, very kind. Max put our minds at ease and we felt confident our car was in good hands. Max went out of his way to help get us situated into a rental car. He knew we were overwhelmed and took over helping us even when it was not his responsibility. The body work and repainting of our car was completed at MTM. It turned out perfect. Communication through the process was outstanding. I highly recommend this business. The accident occurred on our second day of a two week vacation. As you can imagine it would be upsetting. Thank you Max for making a bad situation turn out as best as possible. Living in Michigan and dealing with car repairs out of state could have been a very stressful situation. Thank you for taking that stress away.”
