“Room was clean and comfortable, but had a strange odor to it. There is also a lot of road noise due to the close proximity to the Thruway. The breakfast was adequate and staff was friendly.”

“Our home away from home. We discovered it here at the Lakehouse a couple years ago and have been coming back ever since. The town of Canandaigua is so cute and has everything you need. Lots of activities for all ages. Definitely a place you should try. You’ll love it just like we do.”
“We had the most wonderful stay at the Bella Ella Bed and Breakfast! I stayed in Ella’s room and relaxed in the luxurious jacuzzi tub after a long day of hiking. Breakfast every morning was delicious and each day was something different and exciting. Jeri Lou was the perfect host giving us space to do our thing but being very responsive and attentive when needed. She also helped us with recommendations for local things to do and places to eat. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to friends!”
“What a way to start the New Year! I came here with my Best friend on New Years Eve day & it really put us in a relaxing mode. Just fyi we did make Reservations a week an a half before because this place can get booked. We both opted for the Tranquility Massage for 50mins. With Matthew and Bobby. I had Matthew & I've never had a male before, but he made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. I've been to some really nice Spa before but this was the 1st one that they had the heating pad on the table, which was a nice touch. The music was calming and Matthew made sure I was okay with the pressure right from the beginning. after the massage we enjoyed the Stream room as well as the lounge where they have tea an snacks. The views from the tranquility room are amazing so I could only imagine what it's like in the Summer or even early fall. Overall this was a great Spa experience that I would recommend and would absolutely come back.”

“This is a clean and upscale hotel. The rooms were new and I was especially happy to find slippers provided. The only knock against it is the loud HVAC system, which others have mentioned.The location is also within walking distance of Fattoush and Pittsford Farms Dairy, both of which I highly recommend visiting, for dinner and dessert, respectively.I was a secondary guest on the reservation but my Platinum status was still recognized and we were given complimentary breakfast. This was much appreciated.Overall, a great stay in the Rochester area.”
