“The entry could use some sprucing up. The furniture looks very worn. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bed slept amazing. The front desk staff very nice very helpful. When I made my reservation, Danielle was very helpful with finding me a room with a view of the greenery and he set up my spa services. I do have one complaint that stood out while having dinner my waiter Constantine. Spelled with a K Asked if there was anything else that he could get me I said yes I would like some bread he responded with we do not offer bread. My response was the Woodcliff. Don’t have any bread.? He said they do, but you would have to purchase it? That was the end of the conversation after I gave him a long stare because what I did not request was free bread I requested (bread) Sometimes we miss the opportunity of good service and of making an extra dollar because of our own assumptions Or perceptions. Constantine was supposed to bring me bread and the price of the bread was supposed to be on my invoice. Nothing more nothing less. Other than that, I want it to be out of the way for a bit of peaceful respite and the spa at Woodcliff definitely provided that for me. That view from the tranquility room is absolutely amazing. I could’ve stayed in there all day the furniture, the placement of the furniture, the soothing calming color palette 10 out of 10.”

“Tried out the Spa for a Signature Facial. Thinking it needs to be a monthly visit! We will definitely go back.
Loved the waiting area with large windows that offered amazing views.
Service was prompt and attentive.
Rooms and changing areas, sauna, all clean and quiet. Truly a top notch visit and we felt right at home.

“Everything was clean and tidy. The room decor is a bit dated but everything is well taken care of by the housekeeping staff. Upon arrival I stood behind another guest who was complaining about her room location. The lady working the front desk handled the situation with a very professional demeanor. We only needed to stay for one night but I would definitely stay here again.”

“The general manager offered exceptional customer service. First, when my first room had a temperamental heating unit, she immediately moved me. Then, when I needed to extend, she offered me a good rate. Finally, on Monday morning she unburied my car which had been covered by the snow storm.

I cannot imagine that going that far to assist customer is part of the job description--that is an EXCEPTIONAL level of customer service.”

“I was already going to leave a good review for the cleanliness to value ratio, but now I’m leaving an EXCEPTIONAL review because of Thomas, who went above and beyond by jump starting our van with his personal car, getting is on the road on time during a pretty rigid travel schedule.

“We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean and nicely updated, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and our room attendant was especially kind and attentive — we just wish we had caught her name to thank her personally. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again.”

“The Bella in general is a really cute place. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. And it was immaculate ! We had the economy room. Only one side of the bed is accessible, so one person has to move to let the other out. The bathroom is in the corridor, which we didn’t know until the day before arrival when the host called us.
We have stayed all over the world, and so do have places to compare to.
We would recommend it, but you have to be able to overlook the small inconveniences. ?”

“Under new ownership! The new owners are really cleaning up the place. Rooms are being renovated and the property manager Jeff works hard to do everything to make sure things are running smoothly. Can’t beat the location and views.”

“The hotel is well located in the center of downtown. While the city has a limited amount of things worth walking to, the things that are were close to the hotel and made it easy to get to. The hotel itself was clearly renovated recently and the renovation did a good job with the rooms clean and in good condition. Only real critique is that there were no towel racks which seems like a weird design omission during a remodel. The hotel restaurant had good food and the employees were extremely nice. It's honestly a recommendation if you're looking for somewhere to eat going there is not a bad choice at all.
