They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases. I have shopped in that store numerous times and have never had anyone ask me if I needed help or try to get me to buy more!!!”

“The overall customer service was very pleasant, I just have more of a gripe with the company: I know they're not the same as they used to be, but they have much more diverse clothing options online (Tripp and other "classic" brands) that I wish they carried in this store. It would be nice to have the option of edgier clothes for teens that may be shopping with their parents without having to go to Spencer's. Overall, clean store that is much easier to navigate than it used to be.”

“I shopped here today and had a great experience with help from Trent. He was saying hello and welcoming each customer as they came into the store, then asked if there was anything particular I was looking for. I really hate shopping and had been in about 13 stores before this, without any store employees acknowledging me. So at this point I wanted help. I told him that I was looking for jeans and it had been years since I've bought a pair. I live on an island so shorts are my "go to." He was so quick to pull a couple pair and ask if I liked the style, then helped me find sizes. While I was in the dressing room, I could hear his bubbly personality greeting customers and helping other customers. When I cashed out, he was busy, but I was sure to thank him and tell him the store is lucky to have him! He's an asset to that store. I would've spent $300 on those jeans and not even blinked an eye lol! I literally did not even look at the cost. The experience was that great! As a business owner I can appreciate that he was loving his job and working hard for the company. Most people these days show up to work and do the minimum just to get a pay check. I could tell Trent liked what he was doing. And if he was faking it, then fake it till you make it Trent! You are fabulous and Buckle is lucky to have you. Thank you again for a lovely shopping experience.”

“You'll always find a good deal at gap. If you can't find one, ask an associate because they know all the steals and deals. This place is well stocked and the staff are friendly. The store is big though so you may not always be able to find someone within view. Gap and Gap kids are connected so you can get all your family's shopping done in one checkout. The place is clean and the clothes are good quality.”

“Had to pick up an order, and the customer service is conveniently located at the front door. Quick and efficient process. Staff very friendly. I was passively looking for a winter coat. There were many the same style, and not all were well marked or marked down. In late Jan, one would think they would want to get rid of the dozens of coats to make room for spring stock. I found a great coat at Kohl's at a fraction of Macy's prices”

A lady named Diane, I believe she was a manager had everyone looking for it, when we couldn’t find it she was nice enough to issue me a new coupon. She really went out of her way for me.I went back to the shoe department one more time and found my lost coupon, I immediately gave it back to Diane. She was reallyVery concerned when I had lost it. Melissa was my cashier and she was very friendly and nice , so kudos to Diane and Melissa at the Victor Kohl’s. I was in Supply Chain for 43 years as a buyer and know how important the customer is. Love Kohl’s!”

“I was flying out for a meeting and forgot to bring (unpacked) dress clothes to change into when my plane landed. Isaac let me know they could steam press any of the shirts in the store. I was able to buy a great shirt and have it steam pressed so it didn't have a "brand new shirt" look to it when I went out to dinner with a client. Great service!! Above and beyond!”
